Leaving another mango Season behind

almost ready
It has been suggested to me that a blog site is a simple way for those interested to follow your travels.  I do like simple.  Every year about this time all of us privileged to spend the cold months in Mexico ask each other the same thing. How did the months pass so fast?  We leave the North and arrive here to a tropical climate, ocean, palms, colorful flowers , sunshine and all signs pointing to a wonderful time.  We have been saying our good byes for a month now leaving the beaches empty.  We are almost the last to leave.  Phil's daughter, Jill, spent a week with us and they left this morning driving.  Last conversation they were having a great time.  They are following the route we know and not driving at night.  I will fly to Denver on Sunday and we go up the mountain to Grand Lake on Monday to unpack and repack and back down the mountain on Thursday to fly to London.  The month of May can be cold in the mountains but for certain always muddy. Since there are no outdoor activities in Grand Lake until June, we have decided to take our first cruise.  I will tell you more about it on the next post.  Sadly, we leave another wonderful Mexico season behind us just as the mango season is here but we have the excitement of a venture into a part of the world new to us with opportunities to learn new things.  So off we go with animo, animo!! Translated as with courage, pluck, energy or feeling.   Sharon
